ALL23115, Specially hardened drill bit is required for drilling spring steel. The 17/64" size simplifies installation of 1/4" hardware. Sold individually.

The above bits are expensive but will do the job. A drill press on a slow speed no more then 1000-1500 with oil drip is needed to keep bits cool.
